1 (210g pkg) Greenfield Natural Meat CoTM Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
4 long soft rolls, split
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp pesto
1 medium tomato sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup arugula
- Preheat the panini press to 350°F
- Assemble sandwich by spreading the mayonnaise on top slice of the bread and pesto on the bottom.
- Assemble the Swiss cheese, turkey slices, tomato and arugula and top with slice of bread.
- Carefully place the sandwich in the panini maker and press the lid down, gently. Press the sandwich for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bread is crisp.
