Ingredients

1(210g pkg) Greenfield Natural Meat CoTM  Black Forest Ham

4 croissants, split in half
2 tsp honey
2 tsp mustard
1 cup mixed green salad
8 slices cheddar cheese
butter (optional)

Directions

  1. Assemble sandwich by adding butter to bottom half and toast if required
  2. Spread mustard on the croissant
  3. Assemble 2 slices of Cheddar cheese and top with 5 slices of ham and drizzle honey on top.
  4. Add mixed green over the ham
  5. Top with upper half of the croissant.
