1 Prepared pizza dough
5-6 slices (120 g pkg) Greenfield Natural Meat CoTM Uncured Calabrese Salami
5-6 slices (120 g pkg) Greenfield Natural Meat CoTM Uncured Genoa Salami
3 Tbsp pesto sauce
¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp olive oil
4-5 fresh basil leaves
- Preheat the oven at 425°F.
- Place pizza crust on a clean surface. Spread pesto onto crust leaving about a half inch border around the base.
- Sprinkle half the parmesan over top. Add mozzarella cheese on the top.
- Spread Greenfield Natural Meat CoTM Calabrese & Genoa Salami over the top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese on top
- Place on center rack of oven for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with basil leaves and swirl 1 tsp olive oil on top.
- Allow to cool slightly and using a pizza wheel cut into 8 slices.
