Bacon Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  1. 1½ pounds Brussels sprouts
  2. 1 package Greenfield Bacon, cooked and diced
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. Kosher salt
  5. 2 tablespoon sriracha
  6. 5 tablespoons honey
  7. 1 lime, juiced
  8. ¼ cup water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut off the stem end of the sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Cut large sprouts in half. Place sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season generously with kosher salt. Toss to coat. Place in a single layer on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan a few times throughout the cooking process, until crisp and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pot combine srircha, garlic, honey, lime and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove sprouts from oven, transfer to large bowl, and bacon and drizzle with hot sauce. Toss lightly to coat and serve immediately.
